1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AppsEmporium ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

• Using the Platform to engage in advertising or marketing without consent

4. Marketplace Services

AppsEmporium provides a platform for buying and selling online businesses. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction between users.

For Sellers:

• You must provide accurate and complete information about your business
• You must have the legal right to sell the business
• You are responsible for all representations made about your business
• You agree to cooperate with buyer due diligence requests

For Buyers:

• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence
• You must have the financial capability to complete transactions
• You agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
• You understand that all investments carry risk

5. Fees and Payments

AppsEmporium may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you incur them.

Fee structures and payment terms will be provided separately and may vary based on the services used. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on AppsEmporium are provided on an 'as is' basis. AppsEmporium makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

AppsEmporium does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials.

7. Limitations

In no event shall AppsEmporium or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AppsEmporium, even if AppsEmporium or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppsEmporium, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
